2.What if we receive the inferior products?
If you are not satisfied with the goods when you received the shippment, as long as customers can give us the proper reason, we would like to give customer 100 % compensation . One solution is we refund the money to you or deduct the money of unqualified products from the next order. It depend on you.

Surely.We do sickprint or laser engrave your logo ,image or other information in different colours on your products as per your requirements.

5.How do you pack the goods and is it safe?
Usually ,the goods are packed by bubble bag and then carton boxes. But for the items which are very fragile, such as crystal LED light box series , we would pack them with wooden boxes
